Observance of Thanksgiving (closed)

The Jefferson County Clerk’s Office Will be Closed Thursday, Friday and Saturday, November 26^th – 28^th In Observance of Thanksgiving

LOUISVILLE, KY – The Jefferson County Clerk’s Office, and all its Motor Vehicle branch customer service locations, will be closed on Thursday & Friday, November 26^th – 27^th in observance of Thanksgiving.  The Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Automated Vehicle Information System (AVIS) statewide will not be operational during that time.

The Deed Room located in Metro Hall will also be closed on Saturday, November 28^th.

All Jefferson County Clerk Offices will resume normal work hours on Monday, November 30th; including motor vehicle branch offices, from 8:30 AM– 4:30 PM, with extended hours until 6:30 PM at the Dixie, East and Highview Branches.
