* Recording fees are quoted for (5) page documents. An additional charge of $3 for every page recorded over. Five with exemption to mortgages which is $3 per page over 30 pages.
* Customer service copies are .50 per page. Certified copies are $5.00 for first 3 pages and .50 for each additional page per document.
* An additional charge of $4 for each additional book or reference added to the document.
* Notary fee charged within the JCCO is $2 per signature.
* The JCCO provides some release forms for use only within the Deed Room. Inquire in the Deed Room to obtain these forms.
* Acknowledgement or proof of any deed, mortgage, or agreement, Power of Attorney or other written instrument required by law to be done and certifying same. $5.00
