All 8 Motor Vehicle Branch locations and Dealer Department, located at 200 S. Fifth Street, Suite 300 South, Louisville, KY 40202, will only accept drop-off work, or “bundle work,” from dealerships and their agents.

Motor vehicle transactions conducted with licensed Jefferson County dealerships are processed at all branches, including the Downtown Dealer Department.

Special Registrations
Apportion, salvage registrations and rebuilt titles are issued at any branch office. Official tags, repossessions and rebuilt titles must be processed in the Specials department at the First Trust Centre located at:
