Jefferson County Clerk’s Office Will be Closed Monday, January 21st In Observance of Martin Luther King Jr. LOUISVILLE, KY -- The Jefferson County Clerk’s Office and all its Motor Vehicle branch locations will be closed on Monday, January 21st in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. The Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Automated Vehicle Information System (KAVIS) statewide will be shut down.
